Complete gamble unless you know what the triggers are on the asset sale and lease agreement. It's worth doing some research on this before buying in too big in my opinion.
You guys might get a bounce as speculators move in, but a huge amount of risk still involved here.
Having done my research, I'm happy to give these a wide birth for now.
