well, not much to report - cash earnings of 6.6 mil = 2.5 c eps, gearing down to 63%, 81% occupancy, NTA = 54 c, partly due to AUD fall.
there is a warning that 25% of leases expire 2014/15 and it certainly is difficult getting new leases these days. lets pray and hope on that score.
