Nice bit of air between sp and nta.

Renewals appear to be a challenge (but then they always seem to be for a reit).

Just hope that the organisation doesn't get into the habit of expanding fees to soak up distributions. But IF they start giving even small disto's any time soon the gap between sp and nta will close quickly.

Just wish I'd have bought more..!!!
