Any weakness a buying opportunity again. Today's volume was healthy and perhaps indicative that the weakness in occupancy levels and valuations was not a big shock.

No great surprise from the Johnson report - you get a discount on NTA because of the risk over the next couple of years. when it comes time to sell the price will be closer to NTA. However any downturn in the US economy or in the Tri-state area is going to be bad. How confident can you be ?
