well the occupancy is down to 74% which is terrible and the NTA in USD is down to 44 c and they have 20% of leases expiring in the next 2 years which means about another 6% occupancy loss expected.
Property values falling which is not a good sign, so the falling AUD is offsetting the losses but the gearing is going up and if they dont turn the ship around debt will bury them.
