Ann: RNY results press release , page-4

haven't seen a post on RNY for a while. It doesnt seem ot have many followers.
Nothing major to add, sorry.
Have certainly noticed the recent lows.

I assume this is because of the uncertainty surrounding the debt issues.
Personally I'm unperturbed by the debt issues as the debt in question is non recourse. they could take away this debt and its associated secured assets and we'd still be looking at NTA of around 25+ cents.

Plenty of revenue to cover remaining interest, costs and more.
I already have a decent holding but will be buying more below 9 cents.
Those in the know are probably aware of what the funders intend to do. I think if they don't refinance, its their own loss, and we won;t see a lower share price than the closing price on Friday. If they do refinance (probably unlikely), then the trust can only improve. So its win or break even for share holders in my humble opinion.

As usual, happy for anyone to point out anything I've missed.
