I think they should use the roadshow as a catalyst to get off the pink sheets in the US. The admin cost is worth it.

Otherwise it will still have the perception of an off the radar high risk spec stock for both investors and lenders and it is long past that.

As well as getting more US investors involved, it impacts the cost of finance in the US, which would be signifantly cheaper than borrowing in Aus if the company can get it.
