As mentioned earlier, I would give the company a call and seek the information you require. I have decided to take up my rights issue, although it isn't large, and my decision for this is based on stage 2 and stage 3 of the Mt Carbine plan, not stage 1.
So as you can see, I have more of a long term approach to the rights issue, knowing full well that if we don't get swallowed up in the future by a bigger entitiy, the 9c entry price will have been a bargain. When you add the potential from the silver and tin prospects and the shares that form part of the in-specie distribution from GOG and FRY then I think the 9c issue is definately worth it.

Obviously my reasons are different from yours but the longer term is something definately worth considering if you don't get the info you want about stage 1.
