Well said. The R&D spend across both divisions looks to be a larger % of revenue than previously (including the Accountancy division which has been sold). I was surpised at no divvy. Though perhaps this was factored into the special divvy.
Also no reference on the recent price increases since Jan-1. I would have thought this was a key item for their slide deck? I'm happy to hold - I rate mgmt highly, and fairly defensive earnings/user base.
