Directors in Spec's are GROSSLY over remunerated. The idea that they get freebies which somehow ties their interest to retail holders is one of the great LIES there is absolutely no DOWNSIDE for them
One of the other scams they run is measuring SP performance against a basket of so called peers which can result in hundreds of thousands of dollars of payments to directors even when shareholders have lost 50% and more of their capital.
People need to remember directors dont wake in the morning thinking how to I grow the wealth of my retail holders today.
