At probably sb $12 (happy for latest in ground calcs from anyone).
At $12 pt market value would be (12×27,800,000= $333.6m).
$100m capex and time to build keeping price down.
we have to wait for DFS and FID and CR and debt to be clarified before any movement IMO.
