The issue is a banka drill can drill up to 30 metres, so my interest is why the constant refusal at 3 metres - was it the equipment and/or specs, was it rock, was it hard clay because refusal is too close to the surface. We can hypothesis but just a guessing game if we did, but given the steady stream of refusal to 3m it is either equipment based or rock based given the number of drills. IMO
