I am not sure what you are implying here. If it is to state that the drill in the photo can't drill beyond 3 metres then I think you need to go have a look at the original photo of what an actual banka drill looks like. Not sure what you are saying here actually? Here is a link to a banka drill and the one used by GPP was the people standing on top of it - here they say can drill to 15 metres.
