Niobium and Tantalum elements weren't included in the spreadsheet, but are included in the assay results.
REE is made up of 17 elements which doesn't include them as per the link:

The spreadsheet only shows 15 of these elements, the missing two - Scandium (Sc) and Promethium (Pm) are not included in the assay results either, the 15 elements are identical to the ones reported in this announcement:

and unfortunately these are the assay results the were not reported (as such, we are waiting on the company to release these 8 missing results when they realise the errors in their previous announcement)

Coltan elements Niobium (Na) and Tantalum (Ta) were reported in the same announcement, samples were taken from Young Creek and Mike Creek, I have only converted the Young Creek assays (there didn't appear to be any significant numbers that stood out in the Heavy Creek assays)
