    Good to see you're counting my posts @Ambersands and here we are at 4 July (Happy Independence Day to our American friends), and the extended imposed deadline of 15 June has long come and gone. I wonder if you're still confident that the linchpin of Mansounia Exploration Permit will ever be realised and contemplated the flow on implications if it's not ?
