The top twenty holders are all pretty static and patiently awaiting the good times to come.
Compare this with the way Toro diluted like billi-o to ensure it had plenty of cash for salaries etc. to the tune of nearly a billion shares. Heaps of shares traded to bring price down into the doldrums. I couldn't ever see them getting out of the mire. I lost considerably, so transferred the cash left to PNN and happy to just wait.
