I think its definitely someone getting in and wanting to get in quick. Order book lately has been god awfully pathetic if you wanted to buy serious volume. Likely a brokered deal. Why else would shares trade at a 75% premium, has to be a motivated buy.
Even though a 75% premium seems like a large number, it is only 3.5c. If you reason where the sp was just a couple of months ago and then factor in the acquisition, it is a very equitable transaction.
I think its definitely someone getting in and wanting to get in...
