Yeah recovery rates don't increase daily production, they just mean you have a longer field life. It isn't like mining recovery rates which I think you are getting confused with.
If you want to increase daily production rates by 3 times then you would need either 3 FPSO's rather than 1 or a FPSO 3 times as big...
A FPSO with a max capacity of 100,000 bopd won't just start producing 300,000bopd because the oil below is recovered at a better rate.
The better the recovery rate the longer the field life assuming the FPSO stays the same size etc.
