Sounds like the supply shortage of high quality battery material is already upon us. Not that Talga can do anything about that for another 3 years, unless parameters outside of Talga's control change.
Edit: looks like the active material is lithium? The separator material is also not graphite? So probably not a graphite problem, from what I see.
