No. Benchmark Minerals is assuming there is innovation in synthetic. The more synthetic improves, the lass manufacturers need it. It allows them to get away with using more natural in their blend while still achieving the minimum cycle life requirement, thereby decreasing the cost of their cars without hurting performance.
