Not really.
It's the first time they've released these numbers and comments in a DFS, which is a bankable document to a high degree of accuracy under the JORC Code and ASX Guidelines, which is also the due diligence required for the JV and forms the basis for the valuations.
But you should probably wait to a few months before 2023-24 to be safe.
