ultimately share price is moved by supply and demand, if people are downramping or pumping in a shared forum like HC and there are people who is taking bait, then yeah i would say it does have an effect, how much though is anyone's guess.
but fact is, people don't down ramp for nothing, its all for self gain, so i'd watch out for those
