The JORC table at page 37 says 'It is assumed that the gold will be extractedusing heap leaching and or CIP methodscommon in Western Australian goldfields'.
The low cut-off and overall grade is probably less of a factor when the method of processing involves less mechanical/expensive processes.
Just pile it up and leach it out.
