Thats the main reason i walked away after being invested since QUR days. Working in the mining industry and seeing what happenes when a road closes for what ever reason and the disruption it causes was enough to take my money else where until its firmed up.
In my view, the project can still get legs even if the power option fails as long as the road is built.
People might argue for the snow road and DC3 but that doesnt account for any breakdown items needing to come to site in summer that cant fit into a plane
