Hi, if you don't increase the plant size you can only put the 26MT through the plant over the 11 years. So you would be increasing the LOM. This additional cashflow after yr 11 won't affect the NPV as much as in the early years.
To mine 45MT over the 11 years you would need to (roughly) double production and CAPEX (although this would be staged so paid for by free cash flow).
What the PEA highlights is there is so much opportunity leading into the DFS to increase total resource (over and above the 45MT), increase annual production capacity and increase life of mine. All of these will result in a much larger NPV.
