well no they were capital raises
there’s nothing wrong with raising capital to fund growth
all companies need to raise capital
point is they have many options now to fund the path to product, capex and opex are super low, and plenty of leverage to do at the cheapest/least dilutive price for shareholders - however the funds come, they are well positioned
