yes, we get too greedy when we see it jump and hang on a bit too long and when it then goes down we hang on even longer thinking it will recover its high.. some people just have luck but whenever I sell it jumps higher and when I hang on it keeps falling You're right; knowing when to sell is the hard part. I still do a bit of day trading cos sometimes it's just too tempting ( I marvel at traders like Fabrio) but mainly I hold longer term for more secure returns.
This one is a spec stock but looking at the chart can see it's not one that will wipe out. And it has potential for a nice high bounce, plus gold price looks like going up anyway.
