Hi McKenry, the head question answered today was dated 28th January 2025 so 3rd quarter must mean the September quarter. I hope I have cleared that up for you.
I don't post often due to commitments, but I do read in here when I can, and I appreciate opinions especially backed by research that assists all of us monitor our investment.
The great news is that BC8 has done a deal like this already that requires no cost to DRE upfront. Let that sink in. DRE can become self-funded and the probability is strong.
The leases run to 2041 so no issues there at all. The transport is favorable and comparable to Vivian (RMS) in distance, but at a higher grade. Shame no short cut to be taken but I am sure the ROM pad at Paulsons can accommodate a nice stockpile to mitigate weather issues and keep the cash rolling in.
DRE are setting themselves up to have a great exploration budget without further dilution. That buys time for a significant discovery to materialize if there is one on this large tenement area. These small deposits do not form in isolation. No guarantee of a big one of course but the range of minerals in this lightly explored area is impressive. Again; Mr Chapman has an eye for projects, the ability to put together tenements in a very tightly held state (WA) and the experience to pull it all off.
I hope the Board can close some more deals, very soon, with cash this time. GLTAH CW
