I believe the lack of formal documentation is not an issue at this stage. PC has to ensure he is not disadvantaging BC8 shareholders as he assists DRE.
PC has great contacts through the mining industry as a very solid operator. Other Board members can be put in the same category. A deal will be sorted in due course. Management and the team are critical to success in mining. BC8 again highlighting the skill sets at the top that bought us SLR (now VAU with KOTH Red merger).
