It could well be that the greater Roc structure has broken up into seperate fault compartments, hopefully they are quite big. Hard to see on the images in the presentation.
If we assume there is a fault between Roc 1 and Roc 2 due to the different gas pressures it is a sealing fault.
Again not a problem so long as each fault block is large. You don't want many small faulted traps that each need a well to drain.
