Sealing and non sealing faults
For a vertical fault to seal it still needs to be under horizontal pressure, which if there is a N to S fault between Roc 1 & 2 must be the case.
If the structure has say some E to W faults it is likely that these are non sealing as they will not be under horizontal stress IE compression.
Obviously depending on the DST result the JV we need to map out all the assumed fault compartments and do further appraisal drilling before committing to FEED.
