They have spelled out value as it currently stands 67m usd. I am assuming zero for Balai,if the can add value to the RSC via development of Balai field ,great but it won't form part of my calculations.

As for Beibu , there is now water cut in any of the wells , five wells are
Flowing naturally without the assistance of a pump . No water cut plus 33% natural wells is a big positive . As the lowest cost field in Rocs portfolio , production and reserve upside is a big positive .

The big opportunity to add to reserves from existing prospects other than existing resources that will be converted once FDP approved by Chinese govt is bobai. Each prospect has the ability to deliver a Beibu sized field with the added benefit is ROC will be largely carried by HZN and if their is success they will end up with 30% va the 20% the have of beibu.
