Surprisingly though day in and day out I see moron sellers with more money than sense who stick up huge legit sell orders without reflecting on the fact they are in fact their own worst enemy by capping the price, but yes he could be one of the many manipulators out there too of course, he may even want some(or more) 1 cent options, you know cap it hard until heads go down and options get dumped into .001, snap up the options, remove your sell from the heads, and start pumping the crap out of the heads, and you'll effectively get a minimum of 50% gain on the options, wouldn't take a huge amount of money to do it
