The problem is these scratchers cant even secure a rig in 5 months.
Yet you've got companies who haven't even ipo'd yet with rigs secured for the rest of the year.
Geez Wallace pull your finger out pick up the phone to a drilling company and get this long overdue show on the road.
You were talking 20 cents by middle of the year (which frigging year as it ain't this one) how many times do we have to cut your claims in half to get them to match reality.
