Based on the ann stating $2.5mil + SPP = $3,380,240 has been raised @ 1.3c = 260,018,462 new shares being created.
After pushing hard to ensure the cap structure remains tight, it's not lost on me the % of new shares that have been issued as a result of this raise, being an additional 39% of new equity.
The company now has sufficient capital on hand to execute a number of strategic growth plans that we hope will result in more of the customer pipeline (and hopefully larger orders / contracts) being delivered.
The other positive for the company is that there's now more eyes on the story that should engage upon the right news flow + a research report, if we see another one commissioned?
