I'm not sure but I believe they cornerstoned the raise.

It would not surprise me to see this "well-regarded family office" to go substantial soon and then we'll all see who it is.

These types do not muck around with so so companies and obviously they must have done their research on RKT before taking a fair amount of the raise.

I think we'll probably see some news soon that might explain the need to raise when and where they did and probably reassure everyone that everything is on-track.
