Who knows why anyone sells? Many reasons but IMHO there is a general feeling that this stock will bumble along until production date nears. ."Better short term potential elsewhere". It has been as low as 20c in living memory so I would say that it has "rerated" and is now in hibernation mode until there is some "movement at the station".
