    There is only a legal obligation to report when a measurement is made to reporting standards. Management believes that the grades are higher, and has said as much. e.g. the 2.5% "low grade" ore.

    Most long term predictions are wrong. Dont take it to heart. No shame in being wrong about a long term call. Maybe you still think it a pump and dump? Who knows the future. It is just a best guess.
