A silly question I know but who does j.p. Morgan represent?
Brett the M & G cross trade was on the 21st of August - the top twenty list below was in January and after the December placement as you can see the 3 new Chinese gentlemen are now in the 20 - JP Morgan have 9.5m shares - the top 20 list below this one is from 2012 as you can see JP Morgan had 46m which included M & G,s 34m so JP Morgan had 11 or 12m other shares before M & G sold out on market and the cross trade and it appears they have a few less now at 9.5m -On my math if they got M & G,s 12m then they should have around 24m left
So to answer your question who owned the extra stock when they had 46m and M & G only had 34m I dont know ? but as there was no substantial holder notice the owners of these shares must have less than 5% of them individually.
