But every other company will release their DFS/BFS as soon as they have got one. And they will do so in order to encourage new investors into their Company. So, why can't we.??

And if the reason of holding it back as you wrote is based that the information they have aren't accurate enough, even after they spent millions working on it, why can't they release what they have, and upgrade it as necessary.??

After all, something is always better than nothing.

In the meantime IMO the traders are having a field day on us while we are languishing away.
