Thanks for the kind words.

A dividend cheque I will gratefully accept; and so be able to appease my creditors.

I forwarded another letter to ASIC on the 17th March,2016, concerning the ASX Announcemment on CDU site on the 22nd December, 2015.

I requested ASIC to look closely into the matter.

I consider it illegal trading for a Cornerstone Investor in a Company to deliberately short the stock of that Company and so minimise any rise in the share price for over 6 months despite sveral good announcements on the progress of the Company towards plant completion and ore production.

All I seek is a fair market for all.
