The only and major point which concerns me the most, is the constant silence coming out from this company, and when they can't even keep up with their commitments and dates.

Why can't they tell us what are the list of concerns which ASIC has asked from them.??
After all they cannot say that if they will tell us the share price will fall because we aren't, and have not been, trading (we are In A Trading Halt) for many many months.

So, what is the reason that they don't want to tell us, and the market.??

How long will this saga be allowed to continue.??

Could it that, like someone else here wrote, if they restart trading again the sp will drop to such a low price that they will not be able to locate those shares at 80 cents anymore.??

Why can't we get back trading once again and allow/free the ones that wish to get out from this doggy mess to cash in and move on to some greener pastures instead of the continuous suffering.??

And don't forget that, while only IMO, if and when ASIC will allow the rights issue to proceed, we will have to restart all over again with a new rights issue and where it could take some months before we will be able to get the much needed cash.

Have we got sufficient cash in the Bank to last that long.??

As for you Max, should I have been able to catch up with you while on the Gold Coast, you could have put a few dollars on my horse yourself.

you've got a good horse and importantly good trainer!

CDU may have been a good horse but with bad trainer is now a dog imo.

I think ive backed your horse before because your trainer told me he was flying when I asked him about his other horses race day!

Think I misread maxs post re betting on Sydney ..think he meant he doesn't bet Sydney (sorry max)

He is however a punter having bought CDU! Possibly a mug punter if the shares continue to perform as they have... currently subject to stewards enquiry...Will there be a protest...I hope so!
