However, in the same document that has the plant operating fully by July '16, also had the plant finished by the end of January '16. I have not read a notice about the plant being finished, so I would assume it is not finished yet.
As it is not finished, full production definitely will not be happening by July, which brings up another problem, the second payment to Minsheng.
The no news is good news, does not work in regard to the request for Minsheng to put back the repayment schedule. As the company has not told shareholders anything on this front, we can only assume there is no good news from Minsheng yet, and time to first repayment is growing short!!
It is all very well wishing and hoping for the best, but past performance suggests you are not going to get 'the best' from this mob.
The current vacuum of information is in fact a very worrying concern for holders, as it means the ASIC concerns have not been addressed, nor have Minsheng given a positive reply.
