It isn't a dfs. They actually say that. That might be a problem.

The other thing is, the delay is probably the fault of the downrampers, Perth naysayers, armchair experts etc. We haven't been onto the case quickly enough. I bet ASIC get most of their analysis from HC, and we've let all the detail come out in dribs and drabs. A full, concise report in the first few days would have facilitated a speedier response, IMO.
