How many times have we been told of that before by the master.??

Nevertheless, I have to agree with you that, if it wasn't because they might be in needs of issuing more shares in the near future, or before the next AGM, they would have had no needs to call an urgent EGM to vote in these RESOLUTIONS!!!!

Ratifications of shares issued, can only mean one thing IMHO. And that is that they want to be ready and able to issues more shares if and when needs be.

Once again, Expect the Unexpected.!!!
