CDU will likely have 300m shares on issue more if the Port and Rail goes ahead - Original estimates were it would have less than 200m shares on issue and no debt.

Sandfire has only 156m shares on issue.

CDU now 243m plus 24m to O.W "if" they also pay $1.25 ?? plus 16m to Sino as a guess if they will do the electrical for $20m ( 20% below the lowest Aussie quote ) and also take them at $1.25 - so 283m plus 22m options that will get converted if the S/P can get back above $2.50 in the next 12 months
