Andy's Earthmovers won the contract at Cudeco and came out of Bindigo. They were taken over by the EMECO Group.
Cudeco say Oz Mining is familiar with Rocklands and Oz Mining happen to come out of Bendigo
So my guess is Oz was registered by the remnants of Andy's.....maybe?
