They would have carried out sterilisation drilling across these areas (diversion channels, water storage, tailings dams, plant site etc) to make sure they aren't developing across any mineralised zones.
Text had more strong reference to the larger global resource (lock-in a plant upgrade to 5.5M tonnes after a few years imo).
More importantly I would take notice of the fact Wayne has once again reiterated getting into production as fast as possible, with the first priority generating early cash flow.
Getting that new primary crusher up and running by years end will be key to this. Note the figure 4 pictures from bulk sample testwork and 40mm NCu nuggets on pg 3 then read Waynes last paragraph again.
Plenty of interested parties from the global roadshow will be watching developments over coming months, and start to clearly understand the major upside with Rocklands across the various fronts.
