"prospects of the body" is certainly not satisfied by the prospectus. They have substantially done a DFS so the cashflow information that the directors mentioned should be included. However in the prospectus the Directors use prices of $3.40-3.90/lb, and just state that it is cashflow positive.
Problem is that they cannot sell any copper at that price in the short term, because the price is much lower.
As they are aiming at full production in the short term, they should be using current prices for their projections. However they have included none of this.
