    I'm sure when facts are available they will be given.
    I don't see xstrata or m&g telling us what they intend to do business wise till after its done and signed off.
    I prefer CDU inform us after it is done and signed off also.
    WM"s job is to get us to mining and production.
    It is not to give out info to others to use against CDU every step of the way.
    We receive monthly updates and reports.
    Until first sales that is all I require.
    Obviously with sales accurate figures will be available.
    So not long
